Rview - Online Marketplace Inspection App
Scott Blackbourn, Founder of Rview set out to solve key long-standing challenges with online second-hand marketplaces - whilst goods are accessible like never before, the second-hand goods market is plagued by scams and misrepresentation, making it difficult for buyers to trust sellers and vice versa. This lack of trust results in lost sales, wasted time, and frustration for both parties, hindering the growth of the market. Additionally, the geographical limitations of physical inspections create challenges for buyers seeking items in distant locations, restricting their purchasing options. The idea for Rview was founded, and Scott approached DDL to establish a MVP, built efficiently, using reliable and scalable frameworks to support ongoing growth and feature development.

Nelson Airport Limited (NAL) is a key regional hub for travellers in New Zealand, welcoming thousands of passengers every year. As part of its commitment to enhancing the passenger experience, NAL partnered with Digital Diligence Limited (DDL) to create engaging, interactive, and culturally significant digital activations. This included: Augmented Reality (AR) experiences for key seasonal events A 360° virtual, interactive, bilingual tour of the airport and surrounding precinct Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori activations to celebrate and promote the Māori language Drone photography/videography for the celebrated Walk the Runway annual public open day event. DDL’s expertise in AR, VR, certified drone operation and digital transformation helped NAL deliver a next-generation travel experience that entertained, educated, and engaged visitors.

The Brook Waimārama Sanctuary is the largest fenced sanctuary for endangered plants and animals in New Zealand's South Island. The sanctuary recently welcomed 40 kiwi pukupuku to their new home, and before their arrival, sought a way to allow the community to learn about their new neighbours, and to inspire locals & visitors alike to experience the sanctuary for themselves.

Spa Store New Zealand Limited (SSNZ) is a specialised e-commerce retailer based in New Zealand, focusing on high-quality spa and pool maintenance products for the consumer market. Established over a decade ago, the business has grown significantly, necessitating a move from its legacy, custom-built backend to a scalable, modern platform. The company employs a small, efficient team of 4 staff, primarily focused on logistics, customer service, and procurement. The entire business model is heavily cloud-dependent, relying on the smooth flow of data from the storefront to the warehouse.

Awa, Ngāhere and Archeology Monitoring Mobile App
Ngāti Kuia, an Iwi in Te Tauihu (top of the South Island) with a deep connection to their land and waterways, faced a critical challenge in monitoring river quality and water sampling across key locations of significance. Ngāti Kuia required a solution that would enable them to collect both online and offline data, ensuring that water quality insights could be accessed and analysed effectively. However, a consulting firm previously advised them that such a solution was not feasible due to technological limitations. Digital Diligence Limited (DDL) took on the challenge and successfully developed a robust, mobile-first application that not only met but exceeded Ngāti Kuia's expectations. Built on a hybrid Zoho Creator installation, the solution integrates advanced data collection features, interactive mapping, and real-time analytics, providing the iwi with a powerful tool for environmental monitoring.
